Do you keep your guitars in cases at home? Mine are all in guitar stands because I want them to be at hand when I desire them, hehe! I mean I won´t have to open cases and pull out the guitar, I can grab them right from the stand. I keep one acoustic and one electric hanging from my wall for immediate service; the rest are stored in cases.

I keep my two guitars in cases all the time, except when I take them out to practice and play, (which is daily)

I could only blame myself if one got knocked over by a 5 year old. Plus my white S-1 is now nicotine yellow from leaving it out in my room all the time. I really don't mind because it adds character but I wouldn't do it again knowingly.

yeah, hardshell cases are probably the best bet if you have little kids running around and you aren't at home

Hi all
I keep one LP on a stand and the other in the hardcase, a copy of the Gibson brown leather hard case right down to the pink furry interior (minus the shroud). IT's cheap too, only SGD79 compared to the real Gibby one which costs well over SGD200!
On the stands too are a Morris Strat and Acoustic Electric. I take turns to play them, hence they're better off on stands.

I keep all mine in hard shell cases. My Epi Elite came with a great hard shell case with vintage purple plush lining. It has the Epi Elite logo stamped on the outside of the case. Very nice.

Personally my les paul lives in a Fender gigbag The guitar gods are very unhappy with you JK I like to use a very think gig bag, they are Lighter and easier to get in the back of my Mustang. I need to get a truck soon, I use a Fender M-80 amp and a Hartke 4X10 transporter and I don't have much room in the back of the Mustang.
