...according to today's Washington Post...I haven't lived here...even after 31 years.............. Sunday, June 27, 2004; Page C02 You Haven't Lived Here if You Haven't . . . . . . found the perfect secondhand guitar. Pull one down off the wall and play a few chords -- the staff at Atomic Music won't care. Owners and musicians Eric Schwelling and Luis Peraza wanted to create a "no hassle" atmosphere for finding and trading used instruments. And once you've found the one you've been searching for, trade in your old set of strings for a bit of cash toward your new find. Atomic Music is at 9035 Baltimore Ave. in College Park. It's open from noon to 8 p.m. weekdays, and from noon to 6 p.m. Saturdays. For more information, call 301-474-5752. Could you just cut and paste the picture on here so we don't have to register?

...I tried...but the Post has it protected...cut & paste results in script instead of a picture when I tried to copy it to my pc...I can print the picture but I can't email it.....
...I emailed the article directly to steelpriest...hopefully the picture went with the article...if it did...maybe he can post it.....
...like I said...it's just a picture of a guy strumming a LP-100...it's not a big deal...............

On a Windows PC if you hold down the ALT key and also hit the PRINT SCREEN key the active window will copy to your clipboard. You can then paste that into PAINT or any image manipulation program, crop what you want to keep, and save as a .bmp or .jpg.

Hi hcoll
This is an Epi sighting, I also think it is an advert for particularly bad hair styles and beards, just look at the guys in the posters on the walls !!!
Maybe the store is caught in a time warp !!

...hey chrisgrimes.....
...glad you mentioned that...being new to all this...I thought that I was expected to grow a beard and develop a bad do for playing also....... ;D
...actually...this place is fairly close to the Univ of MD - College Park campus...I'd expect that the used guitars...posters...etc...once resided in/decorated a dorm room........

...hey jeje.....
...most of the guys my age on this forum probably have just the opposite problem that you have.......
...fortunately...I'm not trying to grow a beard...it grows in a circle on my right cheek and produces a cowlick...I'd never make it as stand-in for ZZ Top........

heh, well, I haven't got much facial hair, but the hair on my head is like.. well.. how to explain, it's -really- out of control if I don't use wax or gel or something in the morning.. especially now when it's getting longer.. it's like a bush, a very thick sort of bush.. impenetrable

I think that maybe some sort of necklace instead of a beard, its hard to tell. On a side note we should have a members pic section so we can put faces with all our names.

...jeje...I'm gonna try hard not to sound like MY parents...but...based on the guys that hang around with my daughters...19...23...I'd nix the long hair...doesn't seem like any young guys have long hair these days...at least from my limited experience around the office...home...campus.....
smooth...necklace...as in disco gold chains...or even worse...love beads...please...lets let them rest in peace...or...save 'em for the Mardi Gras......
...as far as the members' pictures goes...put it in the suggestion section...see what everyone else thinks...why not include the pictures with the guitars...steelpriest might have a problem with that.....
