I've been searching for a small relatively inexpensive tube amp and i think i've finally found it. This thing is only 6 watts 8 inch weber speaker and has vibrato. I can crank it up and saturate the tubes and not rattle the walls around here. Sounds great it was just what i was looking for. I had bought a class A 15 watt crate with a tone tubby in it but it was just too big and didn't give me anything i didn't have and better through my bigger crate. So i went smaller. These things are great. It seems like alot for a 6 watt amp (i got it for $260) but i'm happy with it. The older fender amps really were made well

Does it drive one 12AX7 and one 6V6? Does it have a solid state rectifier? I'd also like to try one of those.

its all tube, 6 watts . 6V6, 7025 preamp, 5Y3 rectifier with tremolo. you can find them on ebay pretty easy. you pay more for such a small amp, but the tone is there. i'm making a jack so i can run it through the speakers of my twin
