I have to say Fender - Love my Super Reverb. Having said that I have owned incredible amps from Marshall, Vox, Traynor and even a great little Dean Markley combo from the '80s.

I voted Fender but then it goes Marshall, Ampeg, Randall, Line 6, Mesa Boogie, Vox can't stand Peavey, never used the rest.

Well..... someones gotta vote for Mesa! Those things ROCK! Never before have I seen so much "whump" in such a small package as the Mark IV.

Marshalls are great but there's plenty of other good ones from Fender, Vox, Mesa Boogie, Line 6, etc.

For me, tops are Marshalls. I currently have two Marshall half stacks. A VS100R head + 4x12 Valvestate cab and a JCM 2000 TSL100 head + 1960A (4x12) cab. I also have a Peavey Deuce II Tube combo, a Dean Markley 2x12 combo, and an Acoustic (from the 70's)2x12 combo w/ 2x12 extension cab. For studio use, I have a Laney 1x10 combo coupled with an ART SGX2000 pre amp. Sometimes I hook up a spare 1x12,2x12, or 4x12 cab for recording. For bass gear I use Ampeg and Woodson.
I've always liked the clean tones from Fender and Vox, but I find them to be some what of a one trick pony, at least for what I use them for. Mesa has some good tones too, but not as versatile as my Marshalls. Not to say that I don't like these amps, but right now, I'm really happy. Besides, it's been 4 months since my last guitar purchase and I want a new toy......

I had several Marshalls, I had also Laneys, and lots of other stuff... so I voted "other", by the way, I love Laney 4x12" cabinets meanwhile better than the Marshall ones, although both use Celestion speakers, but their sound is totally different....

Gotta be the Crate VFX 5212 for me. I've had alot of Marshall's, and they're great, but the Crate does it for me. Great gigging amp for country, blues, and classic and modern rock. My first "real" amp was a Line6 Spider 2 x 12, but it didn't take long before I craved and had to have real tube power. From there, I owned 4 Marshalls, a Carvin MTS3212 (excellent high power tube combo amp), and finally my Crate VFX. Very satisfied!

I stick with Marshalls, they're pretty much the experts when it comes to amps

Those Class A, VC Crate amps rock. I'm totally into my Ampeg now, tho.

I have to say Fender - Love my Super Reverb. ooooooh yea! nothing quite like a good ol' 4x10 super for those nice clean mids. i love mine. this is a tough little multiple choice question though. how could you pick just one?? i love marshall, vox, fender, boogie, ampeg. i could do without peavey though... but i can't wait to get my hands on a nice ORANGE someday.
