This guy is just down the street from me and is makeing some high end guitars for some big names. Billy Gibbons, Santana, etc. Every guitar he has made he did intirely himself. He has a CNC machine he cuts with but all the rest of the forming shapeing and sanding is by hand. Check em out, tell me what you think.

Hey Zac, that guy is building some killer guitars! Kind of pricey for me, but his designs are great! I really like the Diablo with the Diablo inlays. Way cool. I checked out the sound clips and news feature, too. He needs a vacation. lol! Thanks for the link.

I have a couple of friends that own Driskill guitars. Not only are they great looking, but they sound fantastic too!
As I understand it right now there is over a 1 year waiting period.

Yeah I get to try one out here in a day or so. I am going down and check out his shop. And yes there is a one year to 16 month waiting period. I can't afford one, but I can't resist getting in on this guys good side. A guy I work with (rich kid) has two on order and says Joe is really cool and easy to get to know. I will keep ya posted.

I usually use or play Gibson Guitar. But i personally tel you that Driskill guitar are more exquisite than any other. They can be use as decoration pieces.
