finally finished my partscaster. Its a solid mahogany body with a mahogany neck and a brazilian rosewood fretboard from warmoth. electronics are a drop in unit i got from has-sound. Its a 4 way switch to give it a little boost. pups are a couple of GFS modern vintage barden type hums. finished it in poly. In the neck position it sounds like a hollowbody on the clean channel. Gets real gnarly with alot of sustain in the gain channel. I was second guessing myself when i first started this because as you go along the costs start to add up. But now that its over I'm glad I did it. I have a unique tele that really sounds and plays good. Already considering another one. heres a pic www.telecastergallery.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=lastup&cat=&pos=0what do you think ?

np buddy
you know though...the more i play this thing....the more i like these pickups. bright....articulate.....quiet and ....cheap. if any of you haven't tried any of these....as cheap as they are its worth a try. i have a set of nashvilles i haven't put in yet because i decided i liked the stock ones in my agile....bit i'm thinking again now. they may end up installed
