A guitarist in one of the local bands in my town has one of those, sounds pretty nice! I only heard the clean channel, but it sure did have that vintage sound to it

;D Hehehe, Chet... I can imagine you walking around the table in your living room in the dead of the night wielding a cup of coffee and waiting in anticipation. I´m sure it´s a nice guitar you are waiting for... I am not sure what to "G.A.S." next... An Ibanez Artist 250 or 300, or maybe one of the "limited" Destroyers (Ibanez´s Explorer counterfeit) that are available here exclusively at one store. The Destroyer is discontinued for quite a while now in Germany, at least the higher end ones. Now there is a small run of Destroyers with set necks available... D'oh! The price is 666 Euros, hehe! Should be around 750 - 800 bucks... not too inexpensive I´d say. But since I saw this lovely guitar I can´t hardly sleep... Maybe I will sell one of my Epis to afford it.

Take a look at the Ibanez AF85 in VLS. I saw one the other day. That is one very nice looking guitar. I will be looking into one later.
Trying not to pace to much or I'll wear out the carpet, or my feet.

Well, She arrived on Friday and upon inspection I found her very well built with no flaws. I plugged her into the tuner and Marshall AVT50. Tuned her up and got lost for an hour or so. I then switched over to the Marshall AS50R and found the tone out of the Acoustic amp much better. I already made some changes to make her mine, I put black screws in the pickguard and the white pickup switch tip is now black. A set of Gibson (Grover) Nickel machine heads and Nickel TonePros and Schaller Straplocks are next on the list.
This guitar is already in my top 5 of guitars to play and will probably work it's way up to #1
