After the awesome job this local guitar tech did on my DOT, I dropped off the LP to him for a new bone nut (the original was replaced with a plastic one many moons ago) and intonnation adjustment. Once again, I'm very happy with his work. After I got there he had me sit and play it for a while then took it back and made some more adjustments and he did this more than once. He really spent a fair amount of additional time tweaking the guitar for me, not just handing it over with a bill.
Even with my fumble fingered, hacker playing ability I'm still able to bang out some nice riffs. The action on the LP is absolutely killer!
Add the fact that he's just a super nice guy and fun to hang out and chew the fat with and I'm really glad I found this guy.

I wasn't sure if posting things like that was allowed so to avoid being labeled a spammer, I just didn't bother posting it. I figured if anyone in my area needed a tech they'd ask. Unless I get an OK from the mods here I won't post his name or website but if you shoot me an email I'll send you his name and website address.

Good point. ... Best check with Steel first.
Thanks for the offer of the PM. I'm good.
