My Agile is the HRB-200 and it was $169.00 plus shipping. I made one modification to it. I pulled out the plastic saddle and replaced it with a bone saddle that I had sanded down to bring the action down way low.

I have an Agile Acoustic and it sounds great. They don't sell my model anymore but it's a keeper.

CAFeathers and cage how do yall compare your Fender accoustics to your other accoustics? I like Fender electrics a great deal but I have never had the pleasure of playing a Fender accoustic that I like. I mean the ones that I played did not suck but they just did not feel or sound as nice to me as a Gibson or Martin. Your input is valuable to me, seeing as how yall can compare within your own collection. I'll agree that Fender acoustics just don't have that quality feel, and I've never played an Agile. But, as a long-time player of Fender electrics I like my 1976 (year of manufacture) shallow-bowl Ovation Artist acoustic the best. I also have an Epi AJ-15 acoustic that I like a lot for the money, and an AJ-15E acoustic/electric I got to try to use for direct recording (though the Ovation sounds super through a mic, I can't do that around here) -- but the under-saddle transducer wasn't consistent for volumes across the strings. Still looking for a recording guitar, I tried a Takamine and an Epi John Lennon -- that one really sounded great in the room but had a deadly ground hum plugged-in and went back. As far as feel, it's really beefy! I've said all that to get to this -- I ended up back with a Fender acoustic/electric DG-11e -- not for great playability (which was your question), but because it sounded the most natural taken right from the guitar's output to a pre-amp for recording.

Something I recently started doing is putting Electric Strings on my A/E's. My Agile and Ovation A/E's currently have Flat Wound Electrics on them. I absolutely love the tone and the feel of the Flat Wounds.

Both were about the same price as I remember, but I play the Takamine more.... Brandon
