I have a Jay Turser JT-135 (335 copy) and a JTB-2B (Beatle Bass copy) and both are decent and playable.

I have played a few over the past 2 years and I like what I see so far. Some of the more out there styles are not for me. But Jay seems to know what he is doing. First I only saw a few. Now they seem to be everywhere.

I've picked a few up in stores, and they surly do seem to have high quality. At least as high as new imports from Dillion, Samick and others in that range. I actualy like the PUPs on their LP copies better than , say the Gibby 400 series PUPs. Very clear and beefy. CAFeathers, my friend and I used to ride on dirt roads we'd never been on without getting lost using the same Philosophy as your signature quote. It works.

Hmmmmm... Sorry to disagree here guys but I bought an LP copy, I think it was the 200 model and it was terrible. Decent wood but no tone whatsoever. Did a pup change and sold it for a profit a week later. My Epi LP cost a little more than double than the JT but it's worlds away in quality. Just my humble opinion. Dan
