As mentioned I like to built up a gallery of guitars. Who of you will be the first to send me pictures and some comments on his guitar, maybe a brief review of it. I like to add guitar after guitar, about one each week. So who of you has got an interesting one, maybe modified, maybe a vintage Epiphone like an Epiphone Spirit that I love so much, or one in a customized finish? I am waiting for your replies... Don´t post pictures here, please send everything you want to see online in an email to Epiguy@aol.com Will I be flooded now? Hehe! ;D

Thanks

I currently own one Epi. Its a 2003 Les Paul Special II w/ wine red finish and black hardware. I still cant belive I got it at such a low price. I know the market has been flooded with ebony and there is an abundance of vintage sunburst, and heritage cherry sunburst but to me the wine red w/ black hardware is the best looking of the 4. I played several at the Guitar Center in Arlington Texas and was not that impressed, but then this kid walked in with his mom right behind him looking all mad. She took this heritage cherry job out of the hard shell case her kid was carrying and started chewing out one of the sales people, ranting about this blemish in the paint. Well the sales dude went and grabbed the one off the rack I had just put down and put the blem on the rack in its place. So I pick it up to see the blem and sure enough there was a small drip looking thing on the back. I was about to put it back down and go get the Epi Paul Standard I was about to buy for about twice the price, when I decided to strum it a bit first. WOW someone had set this one up right, possibly the kid but I dought it. It played better than the rest and was set up better than the Standard I was wanting. Ok so no way was I gonna get a blem as low price as they are anyway but I saw the potential in the special II's. So I took a chance and ordered one without playing it first with the wine red and all. It came right of the box playing as well as any I had played except the set up blem. I restrung it, set the action and strobed it,and now I wouldn't sell it on a dare.

i have a epi e-series sg bully, gloss black, natural finish maple neck, bolt on. laminated maple top. 2 open coil pickups. i love it. it is solid as a rock. the only thing is the 3 way selector switch, it WILL go bad on you, i guarantee it. i also have a epi g 400 vintage worn cherry.set neck.mahogany body & neck. 500 & 498 alnico humbuckers. it is even more solid than the sg bully. i also changed the 3 way selector switch as soon as i got it in my hands. i have a 67 harmony rocket single cut hollow body

I say once a week, or every 3 days put a new guitar photo on the front page (Like slowly go through the gallery... Orrrr when you get them they get displayed on the front page and when they get knocked off they go to the gallery..)
