hey people,
i recently acquired a new epi les paul. i havent received it yet, but will probably get it this week.
i immediately fell in love with the color: the seller claims it is called "amberburst", altough i haven't seen that name mentioned anywhere else. i'll upload some pics later this evening. it's yellow/orange-ish, ambercolored on the inside, getting a little bit darker towards the edges. it has stock grover tuners (chrome, not the green ones) and a pretty impressive flame. the back and neck are ambercolored.
can anyone tell me if this is indeed an amberburst?.. and is it a normal standard, or maybe a plus?
i'll probably swap out the pickups once it gets here. thinking about putting in the well known SD '59 / custom 5 combo. sounds like a good idea. i play alt. rock stuff mostly.
