Bottom line: I want to know who is in charge of the design for the spas inside the resorts. Take a company like Rosewood Hotels and Resorts: how do they operate? Do they just slap their name on preexisting hotels, or do they build from scratch? Do they hire subcontractors to do the architecture and design, or is it all done in-house? I guess what I'm looking for is a flow chart of some kind that explains in simple terms how a luxury resort comes into being. Can anyone help?
