Is it illegal to just act like you are going to spray someone with a fire extinguisher?
I wont really spray it but I think if I act like it maybe it will stop all these joggers from fire extinguisher running by my house. They are cracking my nerves so maybe if I walk by the street and hold the fire extinguisher up at them they will stop? But is that illegal?
