I am moving to Japan on December and I am planning on selling my car. My license and license plate is from PA (registration and everything up to date), but I will most likely be in Indiana when I sell the car. I've checked both DMV sites on what to do when selling a car, and they seem to be about the same. Is there anything extra i have to do, or will there be a complication on the buyer's/my part??
