How can i become more motivated to get I disagreeignme

I procrastinate a lot, what can i do to get I disagreeignments done on time? What do you do?I had the same problem back in school. Usually when you make a list of everything you have to do, you get a feel of just how much needs to be done. Put the deadlines next to them and arrange all the assignments
