A few questions about Manic Panic Tiger Lily
-Will it turn out well on light blonde/almost platinum hair (I'm guessing it will, because I've used other MP shades on bleached-out hair)
-Where can I buy it IN store?
Sally's Beauty Supply doesn't say they have it, but is it possible that they do? And does RAW (Hot Topic's hair dye) have a color like it? Again, NO online ordering.
**Would Electric Banana and Pillarbox Red (already have Pillarbox) mixed together work as a good substitute if I can't get Tiger Lily?
