I was wondering if I could get some advice from a nurse or someone else who is on feet all day, on hard flooring. I don't walk long hours, but after about 5 hours at work my feet start throbbing, when I get home and sit down they hurt even more for about half an hour, then they SLOWY start feeling better. I am on pain killers for another condition and I take one of my doses when I get home (as they make me drowsy so it wouldn't be safe to take at work) and they do nothing for the pain. So my question(s) is: Can anyone give me advice on how to deal with foot pain while at work or give me tips on how to minimize the pain and could this be a symptom of something more serious? - I am average weight so it's not like I am putting to much pressure on my feet. _________ Home foot careFoot care tips
