How to use conditioner on hair after shampooing?

Yesterday i purchased Pantene conditioner. But i do not know how to use it. They told me to apply conditioner after shampooing the hair. But two people confused me. One says i should wash my hair after applied conditioner too, Another one says, you should just apply conditioner and should not wash the hair again. What i wanted to do now???

Till i'm not used my conditioner which i bought yesterday
