Some time ago RIM had indeed been stated that it will be poured 7 pieces smartphone until the end of this year. Is the BlackBerry Bold 9790 to be one of them. We'll see.

The maintenance fees for a tracking system can cost thousands of dollars annually. With a web-based system, the service provider pays the fees because it owns the software and hardware. If using an in house system, on the other hand, the company gets stuck with the fees. If the company needs to decrease operating costs, switching to a web-based system is one way to do it.
