I thought the letter that starts the serial number was the name of the guitar manufacturer. How does the 'R' represent 'Peerless'? I'm just curious on how all this works.Could you breakdown the code for me? I've checked out the 'Peerless' sight and the guitars do look nice. Would you say I have a 'Good' Casino? I've had the guitar for 2 years and only now I'm having some toggle switch problems (which I hear is typical). Thanks for the help!

In most cases the vendor code is the initial letter in the serial number. In this case your SN breaks down as follows: RO2B0215
R- vendor 'Peerless' 02- last 2 digits of the year of manufacture '2002' B- this letter denotes the month of manufacture.. A=Jan. B=Feb..etc 0215- the number guitar of that series.
Stock toggles are pretty flimsy but otherwise the Casino is a great guitar, enjoy it!
