Came in from Musicians Friend a few hours ago.
I was looking to hand my Peavy Rage down to my son but didn't want to spend much. The Pathfinder is 15W with Reverb, Tremolo, Gain, Volume and Boost, and a 2 band EQ, just Treble and Bass. Has headphone jack, Line out, and Foot Peddle jack.
For $120, this little thing rocks!! I loved my Peavy, but this bad boy puts the Peavy to shame. The reverb is great, the Tremolo (2 controls - Speed and Depth) is a neat little vintage effect, the tone is beautiful, much warmer than the Peavy, but very ballsy, and it is loud! Even the EQ is nice, I won't miss Mid control at all.
It's only been a couple hours, but right now, I'd say if you play Blues or classic rock, and you need an inexpensive practice amp, this little Vox is the real deal!
