This caught my eye; cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7341793814&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1Read the entire listing very carefully and everything falls apart. First, as another potential buyer pointed out, the pic is not the guitar described in the listing. Second, the listing stated "NEW 2nd" which would imply a factory warranty (According to what Smooth said regarding "used" vs. "2nd"). Further down in the listing he states "As new" which now implies it is NOT new but in like new condition. I emailed the seller asking for pics of the actual guitar for sale, the serial number and whether the stamping is "used" or "2nd". Here is an exact cut and paste of the reply (seller's name left out for his privacy); "All of the seconds we get are stamped either USED , 2 or sometimes both... The serial number is changed since there is no factory warranty..." Still no offer to send pics and no clarification if this guitar is stamped used or 2nd. I wouldn't buy anything from this particular seller and honestly makes me 99% sure I would only buy an Epi guitar off eBay from a private individual or genuine Epi dealer.
