Hey that is a nice looking axe. I like the push/pull switch for the neck p-up, gain some sounds you couldn`t get before. I understand your plight, my friend. I`m guessing your son is a Hockey goalie. The fact you had to spent a few hundred and weren`t done yet is a give-away. I too raised a goalie! He`s now 28 years old and still seems to need new equipment constantly, but now it`s his $$$ he`s spending, not mine. Hopefully your boy doesn`t have the same temperment as mine. I can`t begin to count the number of goalie sticks (at $30+)I`ve seen flying over the glass, or being whacked on the crossbar due to his being p***ed off about a perceived bad call, or a trickler that got by. He did play for a couple of seasons for the NJ Bullets MLRH team, but now sticks to the Pro-Am ice hockey leagues. Good luck! Jim

Sweet axe.. I'd own it if <$450... and no... my boys aren't hockey players.. but in So. Cal... having 3 surfers, footballers, etc is just as taxing on the ol' walet. May you rock on despite your fatherlly challenges!!
