I think this is a GREAT site to point out all the bogus eBay auctions out there. I know I have personally taken it upon myself to email a bidder or two in the past, warning them to check out the item carefully before the auction closed. I even have been thanked by some who thought it was great that someone was looking out for these ripoffs. Unfortunately, I have even posted some of the possible ripoffs in the past on the Epiphone site and have been blasted by some of the "revered and respected persons" who had such a following there that they even had their little "puppydog" groupies helping to blast my postings out of the water!!!! I have been told to mind my own business and have even been subjected to a tirade by a very respected but "full of himself" member of that forum. I hope here it will be better. After all, I think we all have the same thing in mind, watch out for these ripoffs and hopefully prevent some poor unsuspecting ebayer that chance of being taken. Thanks again.
