Would like to add a new pickguard to a '96 Epi LP

I'd like to add a black pickguard to my Epi Standard.
I did a search and couldn't find much info on it here... kinda surprised me.

If you've changed your pickguard and didn't have to drill a new hole can you tell me where you got it?

my epi l.p. came with one,but ive seen them at guitar center and sam ash.if you have an old one installed from the factory id take it off and bring it in to compare the two.hope this will help.

I wouldn't think there would be any difference so long as you are replacing a LP pickguard with a different LP pickguard, I think those are all on standard size/# of screwholes.

I just compared my Epi LP pickguard to my Gibson LP Studio pickguard and they are exactly the same, so as long as you replace it with original Gibson Parts you will be fine.
