...Tuesday night we had choir practice......this was the big let down after the Easter build up........not everybody showed up......where we normally have three guitarists....it was just me and my Tak......I think I sounded pretty good.....at least I didn't hear any complaints about my playing...................

...I play tabs...rhythm...I AM the backup....one of the other two plays lead....it's been a good cure for stage fright..........
...it'll be on Sunday that I'll go into "panic mode" if no one else shows up............has anybody seen me yet...can I still get out of here without meeting anyone..................
...it's happened before...not often...usually in the summer...I stayed............ ;D

....my greatest fear has been that someone was going to come up to me and say......"I quit going to church because of your guitar playing".........or worst........the paster announces "If you don't put more in the basket...we're gonna amp hcoll...and we're gonna let him sing a solo"............... ;D
....actually...it's been a lot of fun....it's a great place to start out...I'd recommend it to one and all................even if it is the one thing I said I'd never do when I first got the bug..................

....think it's better to go to a church....get to know what's going on....get comfortable with it.....then approach the music director....................
