;D Have to praise the service department at Epiphone. I had killed my little amp i bought off ebay. A Galaxie10. Took it in locally to see if they could fix it. They checked it out and said it was the power supply, but were not sure if they could find a replacement part for it here because there were no Epiphone dealers in the area. So they put it back together.....no charge. Cool. So I decided to check the Epiphone site to find customer service. This directed me to the Gibson customer service link. I e-mailed them. Told them I had purchased it off ebay, was not the original owner but I really liked the little amp and if they could sell me the part I would be most appreciative. I was contacted by a Wayne Green with customer service. He said if I was willing to pay shipping he would go ahead and ship the part to me. I said great, they had responded that very day. Shipped it out the next. I was contacted 2 days later by a Bob Burns with Epiphone. Told him I was currently in Louisiana. He said he would check and find where the closest Epiphone service center would be. Turns out...there are no Epiphone service centers in Louisiana so Mr Burns sent me the schematics on the amp. The part arrived today....no charge for the shipping, no charge for the part. FREE. and all this was within a week.
Good Job Epiphone

Absolutely lovely. This shows either Epiphone cares for their customers or you had the rare luck to contact the right persons. But anyway, very nice.
