...was just reading the "Irish Funnies" in the NY Times online.......
...they have an archive called "On This Day".....obviously for notable deaths.....certainly were a lot around this time....Helen Keller ('68)....RFK ('68)....J Paul Getty ('76)....Satchel Paige ('82)....Louis L'Amour ('88).....John Wayne '(79).....Benny Goodman ('86).......Ethel Barrymore ('59)....Judy Garland ('69)......Jonas Salk ('95)....Grover Cleveland ('08)........
Andres Segovia.....06-04-87......one thing that caught my eye in his obituary were a number of quotes from him......the one that I thought would perk this group.....was:
