Guys:
I just read that highlights from the Crossroads Guitar Festival will air Wednesday, December 1, in the United States on "Great Performances" on PBS.
Plus, more than four hours of footage will be included in a two-disc DVD set to be released on October 19.
Clapton is featured throughout in combination with such guitar luminaries as B.B. King, Jeff Beck, Hubert Sumlin, Carlos Santana, and J.J. Cale. It will also include performances by Larry Carlton, Pat Metheny, Joe Walsh, Vince Gill, ZZ Top, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Dan Tyminski, James Taylor, John Mayer and many more. The set will also feature artist interviews and a photo gallery.
The three day event in Dallas, Texas culminated in a day-long all star concert in the Cotton Bowl on June 6. The festival was a benefit for Crossroads Centre Antigua, a non-profit addiction recovery facility founded by Eric Clapton in 1997. Royalties from the sale of the DVD will benefit the Centre.

My ISP did a webcast of the concert live. I got to see 11 hours of some of the best guitarists around today. I highly recommend watching/buying this concert. You will not be disappointed.
