Well, hehe! ;D It looks like subwoofer for a car stereo... maybe you have to wait until you got a driving license, then buy an old affordable car and make it shake somewhat.

Any idea what kind of power i'll need? seems like 12v and 100watts buut...

Indeed, it needs 12 V direct current, it is a car stereo system bass woofer. The output power of this apparatus is rated with 100 watts, but you can highly doubt it, hehe... manufacturers of these systems are always "very optimistic" concerning their specifications. Well, if you got no car, Uriah, best thing would be to sell it on Ebay or maybe keep it in a box and wait until you have a car... or maybe you have a big brother who has a use for it, or try to persuade your father to tune up his car stereo.

From the look of it, you could probably hook it up to a home stereo reciever since you dont have a car yet

...wanna find out if it works...hook it up to your parent's car...hide it under the rear seat...check out some polka music or Sousa marches from your local library...see how many blocks from the car you can still hear the umhf-pa-pa when they drive away.........
