NAMM summer session July 23-25, 2004

Its that time of year again for the music industry to roll out their goodies. This is the last time the summer session to be hosted here in Nashville after an 11 year run. This will make my 6th and most likely final time to attend and was wondering if anybody has or is planning on attending this year.

As far a yearly NAMM being held, has anyone ever been to the BANAROO in Tennessee? I think I have that spelled right. Maybe it's called BONAROO.
I understand some country and rock artists were there this past June, as well as Gibson-Epiphone showing their instruments.
Let me know here if anyone has any information about this. Thanks.

All I know about it is what I got in an e-mail at the begining of the month:

Dear Epi Customer,

Gibson and Epiphone just got back from Bonnaroo 2004, held June 11-13 in Manchester, Tennessee. (Everyone who was stuck in traffic on I-24 between Nashville and Chattanooga will understand.) The three-day music fest in the country drew a crowd estimated to be as much as double the 90,000 official tickets sold.

Each and every attendee, or so it seemed, stopped by the Gibson/Epi booth in the Sonic Village to try out a guitar, snag some literature or get a playing tip from Gibson clinician Kevin Philbin. There were also plenty of Gibsons and Epis on the stages in the hands of some of the world’s greatest guitarists.
