How did you come up with the name "Smooth"?

no big secret, its just a name i picked up here at work when i started. If you were to call up Epiphone and ask for smooth they'd know just who you were talking about.

I asked because a friend of mine has a band called "Smooth, A Tribute to Santana"

haha cool. i had this name going before the santana thing came out, but interesting just the same.
