Finally today I got a refund for that broken guitar after one month! Guess what... not a gold top, again a silver sparkle finish... Well then, I think I will set it up either for a downtuned overall tuning (D-G-C-F-A-D) or I might try some slide guitar and adjust a slightly higher action... 
Anyway I am glad it turned out this way, and the guy I bought it from was a dealer who handled this affair very professionally. 
Note: There isn´t always fraud on Ebay, you often come across reliable people!
