Are any of the bootlegs any good? I'm talking videos, preferably 1968-73.. I've got the two official DVDs, all the albums on CD(even II and III on LP) and some concerts.. I really hope they release the rumored second new DVD

oh yeah, the tele.. so strange seeing page with anything but a LP and the 1275, or an acoustic.. I know he played it in the yardbirds and on some of the albums, but still...

Actually I think "Whole lotta love" was played on a tele cranked up full and I know he played a danelectro on a bunch of stuff. He painted it psychedelic colors, it was early led zep stuff.

yup, I also read in a magazine that the solo on the album was improvised Page played three different versions and they picked the best one to put on the album. its true, the solo was improvised. Read the Led Zeppelin edition of Guitar Legends. Jimmy Page said it himself in an interview. Also, the solo in Heartbreaker wasn't originally part of the song. They just edited it in. Also, a different guitar is used for the Heartbreaker solo than for the rest of the song.

Ok I don't have any info on the DVDs but tell me you own The BBC Sesions CD. If not Go buy it NOW! No Zeppelin collection is complete without it.
