I am looking to purchase a volume pedal to use with a bass. I currently have a bass with passive pup's , but am planning to buy another bass with active pup's for Christmas. I have looked at many brands on the net and I notice some say passive only and some are recommended for actives but do not say if they will also work with passives. Any idea if the active pedals will work with passives also or do I need to have two separate pedals? Also any recommendations on brands and or models would help.
