Hey all, I again rediscovered the benefits of being inquisitive and well informed in Guitar Center, picking up a new DOD milkbox compressor for $32 when it was advertised at $49. I mentioned Musicians Friend and threw out the price I'd seen there and he one upped them (which is handy too since MF was out of them). The only problem was that I had been testing the pedal out through an American Delux Strat with the new Bill Lawrence SCN pickups (which sounded like the Lawrence 280 I have in my Mexican Strat's neck) and a DeVillle... and now I want the amp. Sadly, this could prove a problem as I have no money, but I've at least found a mission in life, and I will have it, or something similar. I'll give a review once I get some time with her, she sang clear as a bell in the store!
