Ibanez tubescreamers

I just wanted to know what people thought about them (TS9, TS9DX, TS808). I'm looking for something to add a little extra flavor to my random musings and occasional good song playing on the ol' les paul.

Who's used them?, whats good/bad?, what other things should I look at?, any other comments would be appreciated as well.
