Someone gave me one of these amps, and I must say it really sound good.
Most consider these as cheap junk, but if you adjust them right, they sound fantastic.
The key is to put the gain at about 7, turn the bass all the way up, the mid halfway, and the treble at about 1. Plug in a humbucker guitar, and it puts out a great sound.
If you use single coils, you have push the gain to about 9. It does not sound that good with single coil, but with humbuckers, it just sings.
To make it even better, I had lying the the closet, a Jensen PR8 Alnico Vintage RI speaker and stuck it in there, but even the stock speaker sounded really good.
