the gibson designed pickups have alnico V magnets
I'd say the polepieces come pretty balanced right out of the box, so you might not want to mess with those. If you want to balance your sound a little, try adjusting the screws on the pickup ring, tightening it raises the pickup closer to the strings, loosening it brings the pickup farther away from the strings, or you could set one side higher and one side lower, whatever you want really. Hope I dont sound confusing

well that's make sense, but i've heard some about to adjust the polepieces, matching the fretboard radius, and that gives u a fine sound of the pkup, more adjusted and better balanced, do u know some about? thanks for your help !

I know what you mean... Well, the fretboard radius is quite flat on a Gibson style instrument, I don´t really think it would do much. Maybe for the ones "who hear the grass grow"... Try to take a small screwdriver and maybe adjust the middle polepieces of the D and G string somewhat and bring them nearer to the strings but I don´t think you will recognize a significant difference.

I agree with steel and supedupviper. The polepieces are as supedupviper said pretty much balanced out of the box. And as steel said, the fretboard radius on Gibson style instrument are quite flat. So I really don't think your going to get the sound your looking for.
