www.fender.com/products/search.php?partno=2290000010In my opinion........The best thing about the new SE is it has 2 speaker jacks so you can run a deck. That also happens to be my one real bitch about the CT1. The other stuff they added is cool but I already have more than I want with my CT. Plus the new one talks to you sometimes. I think I would grow to hate that. Would I trade up for free? Most likely. Would I pay the difference? Hell NO!
Below is specs and a brief review I posted about my CT when I first got it. Below that is the specs of the SE. Since then I have nothing but good things to say about her still. I can think of twice I showed up to practice without my fx pedals and more than gotten by with the presets on the twin. I also have made a handful of my own settings on it, not near as many as one should that owns a CT. But I like to keep it simple. After all is said and done I usualy find a few really clean presets that model a Fender Twin Reverb or a Marshal stack or a Dual rectifier and let my pedals do the rest. But now and again I just use what Fender sent with it and am once again in love with the sounds I can pull right out of the amp. It's great to be this sopiled as to which sound I like at any given time. So spoiled I get lazy and get in a bit of a rutt. Then I switch from pedal fx to amp fx or blend in both or just go clean. It,s great.

Its the best amp I have ever owned. I can't say enough about this amp, but I will say it a Rock & Roll MONSTER!
On the 4th of July I got to hear my Cyber Twin up next to my dad's vintage Fender Twin Reverb, our good friend Randy's Marshal JCM 200 DSL 401 Combo, a new guitar player (at least to our jam) and his Line 6 Vetta II Combo and a Crate GLX 212 Combo. My Cyber Twin held her own at every turn and then some. I also had the rare oppertunity to hear 2 other trusted players though my rig (Dad and Randy) and was impressed by what they pulled out of my Cyber Twin. I don't know how many of those presets I will actualy ever use, but it seems that the more I play the thing the more I love it!
I may own other amps down the road but I can't imagine myself ever selling this gem of an amp.
