Back around 83-84, the lead guitarist in my band got an amp (combo) called H&H. I don't know the wattage but I think the cabinet had 2-12s or possibly even 4-10s, and I'm pretty sure it was a UK manufacture. What I do recall quite vividly was that it ROCKED!!! He played a Gibby Paul Deluxe outfitted with a pair of DiMarzio HBs, and the tones he got out of that amp were absolutely crazy. I think it had a fair amount of effect built into it for that time period and he also had an external digital delay unit that sat on top like a separate head unit.
I did some very quick searching but turned up nothing on the amp brand. Just curious if anyone here knows about them or has even played through one?
EDIT: I actually found some HH equipment on eBay and also a company in the UK, Major Electronics, that seems to have purchased the HH stash and are even making replacement parts for those old amps. Wow, very cool! I don't recall what model HH amp the guitarist from my band had but it really kicked arse! I remember him dialing in an absolutely perfect, spot on tone for the lead to Pink Floyd's Dirty Women.

My older brother used a H&H head to a hagström cabinet. I don't think it had a real overdrive, it had a real nice clean sound though. It was very old. He used a distortion pedal for it untill it got stolen recently. He then bought an awfull laney amp, but thats another story...
