.....surfing ebay again....got what i think may have been a pretty good bargain. A crate VFX5112. Its a new line of their V series tube amps, 50 watts A/B with a load of effects going into a 12 celestion. They retail for $699 new at music123. I'm getting this slightly used for $342 plus shipping. Seemed like a deal. I'll know soon. Give a review and pics.
Recently saw an article of Billy Gibbons using one of the 212 models at a venue...that seemed like a pretty good sign to me.
