Ok...birthday was last week (20th). Kurt at Agile e-mailed me and told me he had a new item out, limited edition kind of like their 820 model (335 copy). Checked it out and weeellll..liked the cutaway...like the tremolo...have been wanting a hollowbody and something with a bigsby and jeez...hard to beat the price....sooooo, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me from me...lol

Will give full review when I get my new toy and fully test it.
that's 2 agiles to the stable now. Kurt is easy to deal with though.

okay...here's the scoop. got my new agile in...model IJ cool cat . Looks, fit and finish...absolutely love it. Looks better than the picture. Love the color, neck feels nice. Have some string buzzing going on and seeing as I've never set up a guitar...probably will let a pro do that. Here's the bad part....bad selector switch...i think...lot of noise through both pickups that I don't get through my other guitars..so it pretty much has to be the axe. pops and buzzes when selecting pickups. also there's a significant difference in the output of each pickup. what i'm wondering is...is this probably a weak connection in the pickup switch ?....unshielded wiring ?....or just crappy pickups ? (never heard of toaster style pickups before) Now I have to say outside the hiss and noise the pickups don't sound that bad. When run through a noise gate it cleans up alot. I just don't have to do that with my other guitars. prefer to just plug straight in and play. Little bit of a bummer...actually love the guitar and the feel. plays great unplugged and doesn't sound that bad either. Just wondering if I should gut it and rewire it or what.
