Strings=Dean Markley Blue-Steel Cryogenic-Electric Regular 10-46 I will use anything in a pinch but Deans are my favorite. Picks= Dunlop TORTEX STANDARD .60mm (orange) I stand by tortex because they don't slip out of your fingers very easily and to date I have never broken one, just wore the tip down.
My dad swears by Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 10-46. And likes those big triangle fender picks in like a meduim.

dean markley blue steel .10-.52 lite top- heavy bottom. dunlop yellow tortex .73 & the blue tortex. im not sure of the guage, heavy.

Well I just got some Gibson Brite wires today.. (10s) They seem good... Only $5.99cdn too ;D

Yeah, Gibson Britewires are great strings! I'm sure that you will enjoy them.
Once they are "done for" give the Musicians Friend Premium 10's a try. They really are great strings...

GHS Boomers!!!!!!!! Always have always will. I've tried just about every major brand. Some sound better than others however when I first tried GHS there was no turning back. That was some 20 years ago. Custom Light .009 to .046. Easy to bend but has balls on the bottom. Oz Dog
