That guitar is Korean with some aftermarket upgrades, nothing more. Epiphone does do some custom guitars but that's very very rare and ONLY for artists. We are doing such a custom guitar (Masterbilt Acoustic) for John Rich of Big and Rich (country act). It is very detailed, when its finished i'll try to snap a few pics to share.

ya i was going to say thats not much of a rare axe....some how its sooped up, with all gibys parts, but the price is rediculous.....NOT!!!!! guys my V has all the same options this one has, and i was out all together , stand back...$110, usa dollars. i kept the stock epiy pups, reason being..is they say on the bottom , stamped epiy logo, and epiphone 58 classic bridge/neck respectivly. they sound great, work great, and this guitar keeps up with my dimarzio V of the same hands down. both have grover tuners on them also...so add 50 bucks to the 110 dollars i just talked about....so be careful....some folks...i dont know. but that just me.... sean

But this guitar has a flamed top... look! How can this be? Were there any Epiphone Korina Vs available with such a top? If they were, at least not in Germany...

yes my brother of guitar maddness , it does , but mind you...my dimarzio equiped korina V also has the same flame , almost tiger stripped top also. even the back is the same. but still a nice axe, i just cant swallow the price. my stock korina V has a grain style top and back, belive it or not , it runs the same grain patterns as the original 58 giby Vs , so go figure....makes you wonder...where in the he double tooth picks can a guy get one.....hhhhhhmmmmmmm , well my bro take care and have fun jammin. sean
