well, i can't get to the members only forums anymore.... Well, when I logged in for the first time after that upgrade I was asked to validate my membership and subscribe my email adress in order to get a certain password to validate my membership. It was also said that AOL users would get no passwords very often. Indeed, no password was sent. I was in a big trouble... I used a different mail adress then and everything worked out fine. This mail was sent to me from nobody@proboards.com: Dear admin, We received a request to resend your activation key for Epifriends - The site for Epiphone/Gibson guitar players You can activate your account at the following location: and this was followed by a link. Dont get me wrong, they did no sent new passwords, just an additional password in order to activate or re-activate the account. Maybe you guys missed something out? Sincerly, Steele.  |

Ok I did that and it said an error has occoured you account has already been activated. Guess what. I still can't see the members only section.  Zac |

unfortunately I can't get my avatar to work. I copied the URL and pasted it into the "avatar URL" box and clicked on the "modify profile" button but somehow it didn't work. Perhaps they are still working on it and fix it sooner or later. Meanwhile I will think a bit if I could help you. |

I think I fixed it. With the upgrade the settings were obviously reset to default. That means only me as the admin and CAFeathers and Ol Geezer as the two global mods could view that section. D'oh! But I´m a clever guy and now it should work again... ;D

It never happened before the change but now it seems to happen about half the times that I try to get onto the board. |
