Wait a minute, look at the placement of the logo, and the curvature of the sunscreen.. Doesn't it seem a bit off? Personally, I think it's a fake. At least I hope so, cause I don't think my Epi-cap has cardboard under the cotton :/ joke aside, that picture rocks |

Yeah it has to be fake. In the pic "Epiphone" is clearly written in crayon, while on my hat its written in permanent marker. Also the visor on mine is made out of 1 piece cardboard, not 2.

I suspect this Epi hat shown to have only a cardboard veneer, obviously it is not solid and only made of toilet paper and has either a thin cardboard veneer or a cardboard photo finish... ;D One should try to bore a little hole into the visor and check underneath the surface... LMFAO  |

I have to say that I agree with that. And I noticed that the grey tape on the back/side there, looks more like transparent plastic crap tape, just painted with some matt silver :/ I checked under the top of my cotton-finished cap, and it has real grey, strong tape. allright.. are we taking this too far? |

Well that 'joke' has pretty much run its course, what else would you have them do? This whole ordeal has caused some people a bunch of unneeded headaches. I personally thought it was in poor taste to begin with.

Well it's gone now  Was it in poor taste?,possibly Was it ment with malice?,not likely Was it funny?,absolutly!!! Well just glad they left it up for a couple of days....Just long enough to get a laff. I don't blame the mods for deleting it but if we can't laff at ourselves(for going off the deep end with snap judgement)Just my opinion... It's just comedy!!!!!!!!! |

When I asked why they took down the post I got censored myself, and basically banned from the site. Extreme censorship is an understatement of that place.
